With over 15 years in the construction industry, Chris is the Founder and Managing Director of JCP Construction and has established JCP from the ground up. Chris is a NSW licensed builder coupled with his Bachelor of Construction Project Management from University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
Chris has hand-picked his dedicated team of staff who share his passion for expert project delivery to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest order of excellence.
Chris provides a trusted and experienced hand on all of JCP’s sites and is always available to solve the most complex of issues with his raft of experience on diverse construction projects.
James Pearce
Planning & Projects Director
James is involved at the front end of all of our projects and specialises in the planning, approvals and delivery of larger, complex projects. James is a highly experienced and passionate construction professional with extensive experience on some of Australia’s largest construction projects.
James has held the most senior positions within various Tier 1 organisations on Australia’s biggest projects with project values in excess of $3bn. James has been responsible on these projects for the safe and successful delivery of building, civil, infrastructure and services works.
James works collaboratively with Chris to ensure all JCP Projects are delivered to the highest standard, with the JCP team. He provides leadership and a trusted hand for safe and successful delivery as well as diverse experience and networks of designers, subcontractors and key suppliers. James leads planning and front-end engagement on all JCP projects and has successfully gained numerous approvals through local Councils, NSW Land & Environment Court, and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
